You can use the calculator and download your results without entering your name or email address.

If you request a tailored recommendation, we collect the contact details you provide, your calculator answers and the results generated from those answers. Optional workload and scenario information is collected only if you include it with your request.

If you access the calculator through a personalised link, a completed calculation may be associated with the intended recipient of that link. Simply opening the link does not create a calculator submission.

We may retain anonymous aggregate statistics so we can understand how the calculator is used. Our infrastructure providers may also process limited technical information where necessary for website delivery, security and abuse prevention.

We use submitted information to:

• respond to your request for a tailored recommendation;
• explain how post-production support could work for your studio;
• manage a potential business enquiry;
• maintain the security and reliability of the calculator.
